1st Day of Kindergarten!

I seriously can not believe my baby is in Kindergarten!! Since he only attends an afternoon session we were able to have an awesome morning getting ready for the big moment! Matthew requested pancakes for breakfast (surprise, surprise!) and then wanted a ham and cheese sandwich for lunch. I just couldn't make any old pancakes or sandwich! We then had a little photo shoot and drove off to school. He is such a big boy and I am so proud to be his mama!

Underwear Party!!

The kids LOVE running around in nothing but their underwear, pull ups or diaper!! I was able to capture a few silly moments of all of them the other morning while playing in Matthew's room.

Country Club's Father-Son Night!

Matthew and Dave had a great time at the club on Father/Son night!
They played golf games, got instructions from the pro, launched water bombs, and ate yummy food!
Matthew even won a pair of headphones!
This was followed up with a dip in the pool...until next year!

Great Wolf Lodge!

We took the kids to Great Wolf Lodge in Ground Mound, Washington! It's exactly half way between Portland and Seattle. Great Wolf is a water park - similar to Disney Land! You must stay at the resort to have access to the park. We rented a Kid Tent Room and had a blast!! For any of you considering a trip to the park - just stay ONE night. It's more than enough time to explore the water park and do the Harry Potter like adventure through out the entire hotel.  The kids had a blast and Dave and I actually enjoyed ourselves, too!  They have so many amazing activities for the kids and story time before bed. Too CUTE!

Matthew is SIX!!

Can't believe our "baby Matthew" is six years old. He wanted an Army Party and it had to be BOYS only!! So...that is what he got. I tried to keep it as cute as possible. Our invites instructed the boys about their mission (if they chose to accept it) and that they had to wear green, brown or camouflage. Dave put them through an obstacle course for training! Then they threw water grenades, pinned the tank on the target and pulled open the pinata. All that was followed by cupcakes and present opening! What a fun birthday party!
